Yes. While we are based out of the South Bay, a baseline travel fee starting at $85+ applies to all orders, depending on the direct distance to your venue from San Jose, California.
This travel overhead covers delivery, professional on-site staging/styling, and our return trip the following day to handle complete strike, breakdown, and inventory pick-up.
To officially lock in your party date and reserve your preferred theme, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please note that this deposit is strictly non-refundable.
However, we understand that children's schedules and health can be highly unpredictable. If you need to postpone your event due to an illness or emergency, your deposit is fully protected and can be transferred to any available alternative date within one calendar year at zero penalty.
To keep our premium luxury fabrics and thematic inventory in pristine condition for all guests, we enforce a strict policy against certain items. There is a zero-tolerance policy for slime, putty, nail polish, makeup, markers, and dark or greasy foods and drinks inside or directly adjacent to the tents.
